I dont know how many of u remember me and all  my  rumblings :)

Its been a long time since ive written[read-i am booked]. Would it be cliched if i said life has a 360 degree turn. ??

Bloggers has been a paradise as long as i was on it..but now, i have found my paradise else where.

Getting married in exactly three days from now, i was just reminsicing all the stuff i did before i found my new land..and could not help checking my good old bloggers account..:)

I have learnt a lot from here,from so many people but today when i look at my dashboard with easily about 75 comments to be moderated..and 90 followers,all i can do is smile and say thank u..

i am not sure when i will come back here.but am sure my love for writing will bring me here soon..

till then, all i want  to gather is your love and  ur good wishes before i begin  my new journey with my soulmate.

P.S Will u still read me if i am back after a sabbatical??

A temporary bye!

Oh please! Don't get Ur minds working.Am not going anywhere from this place.Just on a study trip to Chennai for two weeks Did i say say  study trip? :P That just means ki, i may /may not post anything for the next two weeks but yes will be all eyes to read every nonsense   post that u guys put up.So just in case my comments come late,do not curse me and stay away from my blog..:)

Will miss pumping up to comment on every blog update on my dashboard! I will get back with all the masti err study trip adventures soon. Till then, keep writing while i just breeze of  in my thoughts like i am vacationing in Miami! :P :D

The magic  of those days..God!

I miss those days,

When "innocence" was natural!

Wish those days came back!!!

When "getting high" meant sitting on a see-saw.

 When "Drinking" meant Rasna Orange. 

When  "Dad" was my only hero.

When "love" was hidden in my mom's hug!

When my "Dad's shoulder" was the highest place in the world!

When  my "worst enemies" were my siblings.

When the only thing that "hurt" was my bleeding knees.

When the only things "broken" were toys.

When "summer holidays" meant going to my grand parents place.

When "communication" meant writing inland letters with a 5rs stamp stuck to it.

When "birthday gifts" meant new clothes or a trip to the movie.

When "weekends" meant going the park or zoo with my parents.

When "Good bye's" lasted only till the next day.

P.S   I miss those days when i never cared about the punctuation marks or grammatical mistakes in anything i wrote.


              

A tamilian at heart...:)

Psst! Brush off Ur thoughts if u are thinking that i am about to write a post on  my culture,my religion etc! I have been a tamilian[since birth!] and probably will always remain one. i have this mixed ethnic background behind me because,i am a tamilian born in kerala and brought up in Hyderabad [a mix of Telugu,Tamil,Hindi and Malayalam  cultures]. I can effortlessly mix into any of these cultures without letting out an inkling about my background! Oh did i say? Madhumita is actually a Bengali name!

But off late i realised [read=mom's pressure drilling] that at the end of the day,its my culture that i am superbly proud of!

. I love biriyani, but my mouth waters every time anybody mentions Thayir Saadam {curd rice}

. I read a lot of magazines and books,but a tamil magazine always grabs my notice however boring it is!

. I am super crazy about Shah Rukh Khan.But my heart skips a beat every time i see Surya or Madhavan on screen. 

. Though i eat in the normal glass/steel plates, i never miss out on an opportunity to eat on banana leaves.

. I can have effortless conversation with anybody,anywhere but having a conversation with a tamilian always    gives me a high.

. I hate tamil films[most of them] but i never miss a rajnikanth film irrespective of how lousy it may be!

. I read a lot of blogs,but i love reading tamil blogs and have a soft corner for tamil bloggers!


I am not trying to promote tamil culture through this post. I have read/seen/heard people treating Tamil's in a different way.I have seen Tamil's being laughed upon.This post was just a reality check on myself . I am a tamilian and i am proud of that..:)

P.S   This post is dedicated to all Tamil's who have/have not faced any kind of discrimination. We may not be like others,but we sure have our heart in the right place.!!

My baby just turned one.Exactly three hours ago...:)

Yeah,careless whispers was born an year back on the same date.June 1st! And it has gone a long way.It has.Right? Ahem! So birthday wishes and lots of love from my side to my baby.

My blog was one of the best things that ever happened.Leave alone getting comments and reviews from some lovely people on my page,there is no networking site that that has given me the freedom that my blog has.My blog was named Careless Whispers because it reflects me and my personality. Fun and casual. And the blog address was named danceofsound because it again is simply me,a person who cannot live without sound[music] and dance!

I have learnt a lot here,read some lovely stuff,got to know some lovely people from all across the world.Yet,it seems like a small little happy family.Are u agreeing with me?

Why my blog is better than yours?

Blogville! One of the best places ever! Atleast the best among what ive been introduced to by friends. Today,being a Proud Blogger i will scribble in as to why my blog is better than yours!

# .It is super relatable.It does not bring out topics of discussions from a no-mans land.U can read it and think "hey! I've been through this!"

#The length of the posts are always moderate.Bearable in my terms!

# It never puts up 5 posts in three days.

#Its always has a picture demonstration incase u cant understand the topic being written about.

# The title always misleads.Its practically tells u that "All that glitters is not gold"

#The template is more or less constant.It makes u feel like home!

#It makes it a point to be straight and sweet on the face.The rest is cooked outside though!

#it never shows u the right dates or days of the post.Its reflects my personality because i mess up dates and days   big time.

# It replies to every comment that comes its way.Which shows that it respects and values its guests!

#Its does not play any background music.Instead,it offers u a peaceful reading experience!

#It does not seek publicity.Its believes that,if u are good people will surely take notice.

#It does not offer u numerous click here or click there.It is non- messy.

#It comments on every blog it follows.


#In short,it attempts to bring a smile on the face of all those who reads it.

 P.S    I know its too much of a self build up,but  having a bad time.This was just to boost myself up.
